ok so i went out to town and got sorted out at job centre
not that i got a job, but i am activley going to start searching for one again
I had a cinnabun today they are the bobo's

i may have another cinnabun
im starting my diet on thursday, im looking forward to getting rid of the flab but im also not a millonaire so its a bit of a repeatative diet, maybe half way through i can look for something
im planning on going on it for 2 months to lose about 16 pounds,might have to lose a little more than that but that will get rid of most of the fat so the pressure will be off then
im ok with diets seeing as i used to go on harsh diets (crash diets,which do not work very well for me, neither do they keep you thin for long)
so these diets feel like easy, im going to search for different recipes
hopefully the oven will be fixed by next week
